Lahore Qalandars, who always have been ended up on the last spot in PSL standings, have become the third team to qualify for the play-offs in PSL 2020.
Lahore Qalandars have achieved this remarkable feat for the very first time after beating Multan Sultans who previously have qualified for play-offs becoming the first team of PSL 2020 to reach so.
Qalandars however, started awfully losing many of the beginning. They then made an impressive comeback beating current title defenders, Quetta Gladiators twice, and Karachi Kings once. These wins changed their momentum from low to high as well as changing their position from last to third enhancing their confidence.
Chris Lynn today has been the major asset for dragging Qalandars to declare a win over Multan Sultans as he knocked a ton on 52 balls. However, Haris Rauf spoiled the game for Lahore Qalandars conceding 50 runs in 3 overs that geared Sultans to a mighty target of 187. Qalandars later chase it wisely to become the third qualifier.
Superb fight back!
